 Pay attention to the high temperature wire inspection:

1. Appearance: It is mainly to check whether the appearance of the coil is damaged or carbonized, and whether there is any abnormality on the surface of the coil.

2. Connection terminal: The current of the coil is relatively large, generally 2-3 times of the input current, so if the terminal is not tightened tightly, it will be easy to catch fire.

3. Coil environment: whether there is water ingress or the possibility of making the coil damp. If water enters, it must be dried before it can work.

4. The lead wire of the coil: it should not be too long, generally within 3 meters as much as possible. If it is too long, although it can work, it will consume more power. In addition, pay attention to whether the lead wire collides with other iron materials, and try to stay away from the iron. . If multiple electromagnetic heaters work together, it is best not to twist the lead wires together.
