Due to the particularity of the material and structure of the infrared carbon fiber quartz heating tube, please pay attention to the following points during the installation and use of the heating tube:

1. Two-end rigid fixing is not allowed to avoid breaking due to improper mechanical external force.

2. The two-end ceramic seat and the supporting parts of the equipment should be freely matched as much as possible, and the axial and circumferential gaps should be no less than 1～3mm. If elastic clamping is used, it should also be ensured that there is a gap between the pipe body and the rigid body. Enough space for thermal expansion.

3. If possible, place the ceramic heads at the two ends of the heating tube in a low temperature area to extend the service life of the heating tube.

4. The heating tube should generally be kept basically horizontal when in use. If you need to use it inclined or vertically, please contact our company.

5. For the heating tube with gold-plated reflective layer, please avoid hard objects scratching the reflective layer during installation and use.

6. When installing the power lead wire of the heating tube, please cover it with a high-temperature-resistant insulating ceramic sleeve or glass fiber tube to avoid possible leakage hazards.

7. It can be used with temperature controller, thyristor power regulator, voltage regulator, etc. to form an automatic temperature control system. Since the starting current of the heating tube in the cold state is relatively large (the duration is very short), please pay attention to this feature when selecting temperature control equipment.
