The performance of different types of infrared carbon lamps
Infrared Carbon Lamps are tubular heaters that use infrared principles. It is an energy-saving heating technique that has developed rapidly and has been widely used in various industries.

Carbon lamps for infrared heaters use transparent or semi-transparent quartz glass as the lamp shell to generate near-infrared or far-infrared radiation spectrum. Infrared rays of the same power difference model have different intensity due to the difference in radiation intensity and wavelength.

A. The characteristics of long-wave infrared (i.e. far infrared):
The heating speed is fast and average, but the thermal inertia is small. It only takes 1-3 minutes to reach the constant temperature of the element. The electric energy radiation conversion efficiency is as high as 60%-75%.

B. The characteristics of short-wave infrared (ie near-infrared):
With 1-3 seconds of heating and cooling time, the heating process control is more sensitive. Cartridge tube and twin tube have high-efficiency and durable gold-coated reflective layer, achieving a radiation efficiency of more than 96%, and a long service life, usually more than 10,000 hours.
