                                            Structure of electric steam generator

Steam generator (commonly known as a boiler) is a mechanical device that uses the thermal energy of fuel or other energy sources to heat water into hot water or steam. The most steam generators are gas steam generator and electric steam generator. Nowadays, electric steam generators are using more and more popular in many domestic and industrial field.

What is the structure of the electric steam generator? Do you know it?

Electric heating steam generator is mainly composed of water supply system, automatic control system, furnace and heating system and safety protection system.

1. The water supply system continuously supplies users with dry steam.  The most important part of the water supply system is the water pump. Most of them use multi-stage vortex pumps with higher pressure and larger flow, and a small part uses diaphragm pumps or vane pumps.

2. The liquid level controller is the central nerve of the generator automatic control system, which is divided into two types: electronic and mechanical.

3. The furnace body is generally made of seamless steel pipes for boilers. The most electric heating system use electric heating elements which formed by bending one or more stainless steel electric heating pipes, and the surface load is generally about 20 watts per square centimeter.

Above 3 factors are the most important structures of the electric steam generator, so when we buy a electric steamer generator, we can pay more attention for the 3 parts.
