The role of PTC heater in air conditioner?
Air conditioner PTC heater is a self-control temperature heater. It has the incomparable advantages of traditional heating elements such as constant temperature heating, no open flame, high thermal conversion rate, minimal influence by power supply voltage, and long natural life.
1.It has the characteristics of constant temperature heating. The principle is that after the PTC thermistor is powered on, it self-heats and heats up to make the resistance value enter the jump zone.
2.The surface temperature of the PTC thermistor heated by the constant temperature will maintain a constant value, which is only the same as the temperature of the PTC thermistor. The Curie temperature is related to the applied voltage and has little to do with the ambient temperature.
3. It can be made into a variety of shape structures and different specifications.The common ones are disc shape, rectangle shape, strip shape, ring shape and honeycomb porous shape.
Combining the above-mentioned PTC heating elements and metal components can form various forms of high-power PTC heating elements.
The Ptc heater plays a very important role in air conditoner. And the application in electric heating appliances is more and more favored by R&D engineers.
