How to choose the installation method of the thermocouple?
Due to different measured objects, environmental conditions, measurement requirements, installation methods and measures of thermocouples are also different, there are many problems to be considered.
But it can be considered from the three aspects of temperature measurement accuracy, safety, and maintenance convenience.
So how to choose the installation method? The installation method is more arranged and designed according to the actual needs of the site.
Under normal circumstances, it is more convenient and practical to use threaded installation. Flange mounting is suitable for the following situations:
1.The opening of the equipment is exquisite (welding, material, strength). For example, the openings of some equipment are led out by flanges.
2. The equipment adds an outer protection tube (high temperature, wear, corrosion) to the temperature measurement point. At this time, the installation port will be very large.
3. There is an installation form of welding threaded bosses on the flange, which can take into account both needs.
In short, the thread is suitable for opening in the field during installation. If the equipment is not suitable for on-site openings, the flanges are generally used.
