1、After the heater runs for a period of time (according to the user's use), the ignition plug should be unscrewed to clear the carbon, such as the ignition plug wire burned, should be removed and replaced with a new ignition plug.
2, if too much carbon, resulting in reduced thermal efficiency, should clean the water jacket wall heat sink and combustion chamber in the carbon.
3、If you find that the heater host air inlet pipe exhaust pipe and oil drip pipe is clogged with mud, please clean and unclog it in time. Please keep the heater compartment clean, around strictly prohibited to place flammable debris.
4, ensure that the oil tank, oil pipe and oil filter solenoid valve clean, to prevent dirt blocking the oil circuit.
5, the heater circulation system should be used with the outside ambient temperature of antifreeze as a circulating heating medium.
6, the heater water pump should be used according to the user, regular inspection, if found to play a sealing role of water seal parts leakage, or pump start running difficulties and other failures, should be promptly overhauled.
7, the heater host on the automatic control box, oil filter electromagnetic rice and other electrical components are maintained according to the general low-voltage electrical maintenance methods, automatic control box performance parameters in the factory are carefully debugged by the manufacturer, the user must not change without permission.
8, to ensure that the total state of the thermal control is good, regular inspection, such as micro switch failure or damage, please replace in a timely manner.
9, the heater more than the use of the main motor, under normal circumstances, the use of 5000 hours do not require maintenance, such as the use of too long or other reasons for abnormal work, should be overhauled, check the carbon brush wear or bearing lubrication, if necessary, please add grease or replace the carbon brush.
10、During the warm season when the heater is not in use, please start it regularly 4 - 5 times, running for about 5 minutes each time to ensure that the heater is running normally when it is used next time.
