What should be paid attention to when installing KSD301 temperature control switch?
When the electrical appliance is working normally, the bimetal is in a free state and the contacts are in a closed/open state. When the temperature reaches the operating temperature, the bimetal is heated to generate internal stress and act quickly to open/close the contacts. Cut off/on the circuit to control the temperature. When the electrical appliance cools to the reset temperature, the contact automatically closes/opens and resumes normal operation.
1. When installing the temperature control switch, the temperature-sensitive surface must not be deformed or even collapsed to prevent the product performance from being affected.
2. During the product installation process, the terminal should not be bent vigorously. This may cause poor connection and contact, which will affect the electrical reliability of the temperature control switch.
3. The temperature control switch should avoid moisture pollution during use, or it will not seriously affect the performance of the product. For the understanding of the temperature control switch, it is recommended that the temperature control switch work environment: humidity ≤90%, no corrosive, flammable medium contact.
4. When installing, you should first apply some thermal conductive silicone grease on the temperature-sensing surface to make the temperature-sensing surface evenly contact the control part. When the temperature-control switch touches the temperature-sensing, the aluminum cover should be close to the mounting surface of the product. It is recommended to use the aluminum cover Coating the parts with thermal silica gel can better conduct temperature.
5. When selecting the KSD temperature control switch, the temperature must be selected accurately, because of the influence of heating inertia, conduction and other factors, these factors should be considered: the detection part of the temperature control; the amount of the heated medium; the heating element The power as well as the temperature and pressure of the environment, etc.
