What to do when the electric tubular heater leaks?

1. To determine whether the magnesium oxide powder inside the electric tubular heater is damp, you can use a resistance meter to measure the resistance value, if there is resistance value, then measure the insulation resistance value, if it is very small, it means that magnesium oxide powder is damp.
The solution is to put the electric heating tube in the oven to bake, and remove the moisture from the inside of the electric tubular heater.

2. If the terminal has not been welded properly, reweld it tightly.
3. If the lead wire is broken or broken due to long time use and friction, replace the lead wire.
4. In humid environment, the terminals are partially exposed outside and not covered by insulating tape, resulting in electricity leakage.
The wiring part can be repacked tightly and equipped with a protective housing.
5. In case of leakage caused by damage to the power socket and jack, replace the socket and jack directly.
6. The electric heating tube should be grounded and checked for correctness when wiring.
